Sarah Pierce: Every minute on each minute, back squats: 1@40%1RM, 1@50%1RM, 60%, 70%, 80%. Then every 2 minutes: 1@85%, 1@90%, 95%. Here is my final back squat at 300lbs (95%)
Jessica Estrada: Today hurt but it was so great. 30 squats at 180# (80% of my pre-surgery one rep max). I haven’t squatted that heavy in over a year and it was awesome. On top of that it was also time under tension so we under the bar for about 75-90s each round. My legs were shit for the conditioning but I didn’t even care.
