Nicole Zapoli: Fun playing with some narrow grip OHS today. 5x3 worked up to about 75% finishing at 125#. I think I might like narrow grip better than snatch grip. ;)
Jessica Estrada: And this today…PR on my overhead squat at 175lbs exactly 8 months and 2 days from hip surgery. This time last year I couldn’t overhead squat a 35lbs barbell without pain.
